Paris-Promeneurs

Paris-Promeneurs was an MVP iOS application built from scratch for a platform dedicated to guided tours and architectural content. I worked closely with the founder to define the product scope, user flows, and overall experience, translating early ideas into a coherent and usable mobile product.

From a technical standpoint, the app was designed and implemented using MVVM and test-driven development, with a strong focus on clarity, separation of concerns, and future extensibility. Core features included curated and featured articles, search, map integration, a booking system, and augmented reality experiences to enrich on-site discovery.

A key part of the work was shaping the UX: ensuring navigation felt intuitive, content was easy to explore, and transitions between features remained fluid despite the diversity of use cases. I iterated continuously on the app flow to reduce friction and make the experience accessible to both occasional users and engaged visitors.

By handling both product and technical decisions early on, the project resulted in a solid, well-structured MVP that could evolve safely, validate the concept, and support future feature growth without major rework.
